InFaithByDesign was created from the belief that our work should reflect who we are, what we value, and the purpose God has placed on our lives. For me, design and technology aren’t just tools — they’re ways to serve, teach, solve problems, and build things that truly matter.

My background spans decades of experience in technology, leadership, creative design, and ministry, but more importantly, it’s shaped by a commitment to integrity, stewardship, and faith-centered living. Every project I take on is approached with care, excellence, and the desire to create something that brings clarity, impact, and lasting value.

Faith, Character, and Ministry at the Core

Faith is not something I separate from my work — it’s the foundation of it.

I serve as a co-pastor, teach and mentor youth, and develop faith-based content focused on character development, leadership, and biblical principles. These experiences deeply influence how I communicate, design, and collaborate. They’ve taught me the importance of patience, listening, encouragement, and building people up — not just building products.

Character matters. How we treat others matters. Doing what’s right — even when it’s harder — matters. Those values guide how I work with clients, how I approach deadlines, and how I steward the trust people place in me.

Experience That Shapes the Work From Federal Service to Small Business Service

For more than 21 years, I served in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), first as a Supervisory IT Specialist and later as the Assistant Center Director of Information Technology & Office Automation. I’ve led development teams, built custom web applications, modernized systems, and helped organizations streamline how they work — often with limited resources and real-world constraints and supported programs that served America’s entrepreneurs nationwide.

That experience allows me to approach projects not just as a designer or developer, but as a problem-solver and strategic partner. I understand what it means to balance vision with budget, creativity with structure, and innovation with sustainability — especially for small businesses, ministries, and purpose-driven organizations, helping them embrace technology with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
